'Freddy Rocket' caricature

Frédérik Deburghgraeve started swimming at the age of eight. He won the 1998 World Long Course Swimming Championship in Perth. At the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, he broke the world record in the 100m breaststroke and won Olympic gold in the final.
During his professional career, his shaved head was his most notable feature.

Swimmer Frédérik Deburghgraeve - AKA 'Fredje Raketje' ('Freddy Rocket') -
was voted Belgian Sportsman of the Year for his gold medal at the Olympics.
That deserved a caricature in the children's magazine 'Klap' :-)
